All the items spawned from the shop seem to spawn with minimum mod slots. Is there a way to get them to spawn with more? For example, Outer Torso items are supposed to have a maximum of two slots, but the Camo Tactical Vest consistently spawns with only one...
I tested your claim and noticed it is only partially accurate. Twenty vests and all were single slots but they all had the 2 added bonuses, the iconics don't have these unless you get them from the shop. I did try it with multiple pants and it varied between one or two slots, if you have enough eddies. Originally price was set to 1E but at some updated it changed it to market value.
Vortex works. Ignore the comment about it not working. That's probably a local configuration issue or they have not purged their mods (if they manually install stuff too).
TLDR use vortex ONLY or manual install ONLY. But if you mess up a manual install everything needs to be redone. Which is why vortex is so powerful since it allows removal and reinstallation within seconds.
I've seen this comment many times, but it's entirely untrue and misleading. I'm at 145 mods and counting using Vortex and everything's working fine; only installing CET manually because it was highly recommended. You just need to verify that mods are configured with the proper file structure, such as r6/scripts for .reds files or archive/pc/mod for .archive files. You can do this easily by clicking "preview file contents" under the mod in the files section of the mod page.
I've downloaded plenty of mods that only provide a single file, or have an incorrect folder structure. In that case, I just download the file manually, open it with 7zip, create those folders myself on my desktop, put the mod file in it's proper place, then right click the folder stack and use 7zip to add it to an archive, name it properly, and add the newly created .7z file to Vortex at the bottom of the mods tab where it says "drop files". You can further verify it's configured correctly by clicking the drop down arrow to the right of "remove" once the mod is installed in the mods section of Vortex and clicking "open in file manager". That will show Vortex's staging folder for the game, and the folder structure for the mod you clicked on.
This may sound like more work than dragging and dropping mods manually, but I guarantee you'll be happy you did it if you run into issues and need to figure out which mod is causing it. You can't beat a mod manager's ease of use when it comes to easily disabling and enabling mods.
I started new game in 1.6 and prices are ridiculously inflated. I'm level 20 and a chest item costs 23.000 €$ i can barely afford it anymore. Mod is practically almost useless now
cant use this mod atm keep getting [DEBUG] Atelier: [DUPLICATE ITEM: Items.Helmet_02_basic_01]: legendary, helmets not sure how to fix it maybe ill check back for an update later
Heyo. I'm trying to troubleshoot something with Virtual Atelier so I tried removing your mod (removed the various .reds files from your mod in r6/scripts), but the stores are still showing up in V's computer. Do you know how I could cleanly remove the stores?

I've copied the contents of the zip to the r6\scripts\ folder.
I have Redscript and Virtual Atelier successfully installed (I think,
I did it via Vortex).
The store shows up for me but all of the clothing categories are empty.
