      Please check whether reloading all the mods (while playing the game) from the CET overlay fixes the issue. Sometimes the extra modules are not loaded properly...

      Also, make sure that you have CET 1.18+ installed as otherwise the mod won't load at all

      This most likely means that the Mod can't create or read from the 'config.json' file. What you can do in this case is create a 'config.json' file within the mod's folder:
      ~\GAME_FOLDER\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\NPCsReborn
      And then place the following inside:
      {"countNPCs":"5","hostility":false,"typeNPCs":{"NCPD":false,"Sixth":false,"Voodoo":false,"Tigers":true,"Animals":false,"Arasaka":false,"Cyber":false}}
      These are the default settings for the mod so afterward the Mods menu should load properly and you'll be able to spawn enemies

      FYI this problem does not exist in the first version. Only the new one.

      I have checked my folder, it seems mod created config.json, so it could be the mod could not read from json file.

      It's because of the menu setting file not having acceptable information.
      I compared the current version to the old one and got it to work by editing the NPCsReborn/modules/settings.lua file:
      Instead of:
      <code>
      nativeSettings.addRangeInt("/Respawner/count", "NPC Count", "The number of NPCs to add for each enabled faction", 1, 10, 1, Settings.countNPCs, Settings.countNPCs, function(value)        -- Here 'value' refers to what the user inputted        Settings.countNPCs = value        Settings.Save()    end)
      </code>
      Put:
      <code> nativeSettings.addRangeInt("/Respawner/count", "NPC Count", "The number of NPCs to add for each enabled faction", 1, 10, 1, 5, 5, function(value)        -- Here 'value' refers to what the user inputted        Settings.countNPCs = value        Settings.Save()    end)
      </code>

      Hopefully this is helps others to get the mod working.

    I have it downloaded, the mod menu shows NPCS Reborn. Yet, it says label? I'm not sure what went wrong on my end.

    *Couldn't figure it out, so I reverted to the older version. Great mod, thanks!

    Is it possible to add more NPC's to the world in total? Just to add more fighting throughout the city basically?

      Yes, this is definitely possible but I think it's a bit outside the scope of this mod. You should check the Immersive Roleplay Mod (once they release the December update) as it offers such features and more.

    Interesting.
    If i spawn 2 Tyger and 2 6th
    Will they fight each other ?

      Currently they won't attack each other though this is a good idea for a feature

      Another Q
      Are they level scaled by player's level ?
      I guess yes

      I'm not sure whether they scale with the player's level but the new version adds a "hostility" toggle which forces the enemies to fight each other
