This mod will, as basically all mods, break with Patch 2.0 There are two reasons for this:
The dependencies are broken and not updated yet. Until this mod's dependencies are update (Assuming they break) this mod will not work, even if itself does not require an update. Requirements that will need an update 100%: Red4Ext, CET, ArchiveXL, Codeware
This mod itself might need an update. This is not guaranteed, but can happen. I can only start working on updating once the reasons mentioned in 1) are taken care of
TLDR; Mod will not work after 2.0, Dependencies like CET/Red4Ext will need to be updated first, Mod itself might need an update but not guaranteed
You all should try to mod Cyberpunk 1.61 DLSS 3 version before it's too late and 2.0 update will clutter everything. It already have better performance than current version+you can use all legacy mods np including this one,vehicle combat and others. Cyberpunk Phantom Liberty won't come close to heavily modded base game just like Witcher 3 vs W3 Next Gen and you will still have better performance even on heavily modded game,lol
I really wish I could get this to work :( this literally does not work at all for me, even on a fresh install with ALL prereqs installed. The metros still just work like normal fast travel stations :(
game is installed on an SSD located at drive G: (I would never be so foolish as to install this game on my boot drive).
Based on what others across the internet have experienced, this mod basically just picks and chooses through a coin flip if it is going to work on your PC or not, no real reason to indict as to why or how. Starting to believe you need to be a YouTuber with an audience as a prereq for it to work >:(

It is because of ArchiveXL which is a requirement for this mod. I tried the archivexl alone and game didn`t even start and crashed but without it works perfectly. Archivexl needs to or this mod author needs to make this mod without archivexl as a requirement.
so you are saying removing ArchiveXL makes it work? Or are you saying you couldn't get ArchiveXL to run on your game without crashing it and removing that fixed the game in general? I'm confused. I have other mods that require ArchiveXL (basically anything by Deceptious), they work fine.
I dont know why would they be done with the game of the update is just about to release? Besides Scissors, i dont think anyone should quit. Finger Crossed.
Small suggestion, NexusGuy, if you ever come back to update this - add a little option to just disable Fast Travel points. I've been playing without using Fast Travel and the Metro helps a lot, especially when you crank up the speed of the train, you can zip around most of the city pretty handily.
I also use a mod where summoning your car costs money, so it's cheaper to ride the train. Though money obviously becomes kind of irrelevant after a little bit.
Such a great mod, thanks for doing this and sharing with us :) it's pretty amazing the knowledge and work that went into this, can't thank you enough for giving us so many awesome mods that feel completely natural and in alignment with the game. it just works.
Hello NexusGuy999. I really love this mod, however it causes some annoying problems within the game, such as main story characters having muted dialogues. Is there any way for you to fix these issues? This mod is one of the better immersion mods out there. It's a shame that it causes random bugs. Sadly, i'll have to remove it for now because of the game breaking situations. Hope you can update it soon!
Same here. It's definitely caused by this mod. I removed all my mods and started re-adding them one by one, and this one is definitely the one causing the issue. Hope it gets fixed.
I fixed this issue by deleting "audio_1_general.archive" and "audio_2_soundbanks.archive" in the directories where your game is installed; GoG Steam whatever. Then run a verify game files in your launcher. This sorted it for me.

this mod crashes my game after character creation. but not when loading a save game from act 2.
i have dialed in on this mod with some testing. even with minimal mods installed, this is the mod that kills the game after character creation. every time. it does not matter what career you choose. it creates code issues with scene loading.
it breaks player callback functions with attach or detach from focusModeTagging.script. it breaks scene transitioning from defaultTransition.ws. it breaks something with GetHudManager(scriptInterface) calls. it breaks something with the npcManager.script calls. and more chain effects.
However !, the mod works fine when installed after game start. that is loading from a save game ! AFTER ! act one.
solution : 1 uninstall metro system, all the files, the main archive file is enough to kill your game. 2 start your new character. play a while. save after act one. 3 install metro system mod. load your after act one save. play :)

you should add random npc's to spawn at the waiting area and inside the metro.
