Gonna post this here since some people can't comprehend what the mod author left in the mod description:
Don't download the mod. Find the inputContexts.xml file in r6>config. Back it up, and manually make the changes to the file yourself.
For anyone who hasn't already, a quick, clean and easy way to modify said file is by downloading Visual Studio Code. It's free and easy to install. Once you do that, you can find the lines of code you need to modify on line 1291, 1292, and 1293 (or Ctrl+F to look for "hold action="disassemble_item"). Change the "timeout" values for "disassemble_item", "craft_item", and "use_item" to 0.01, or whatever value you want. Save, exit, and enjoy not waiting three years to disassemble all your excess gear.
Seriously, it doesn't even take 5 minutes to install VSC, make the changes, and hop back into the game. Don't be a lazy fuckin gonk.
Fck this mod, Im sure before it served a purpose but now its just a trap waiting for anyone to download and gonk up their game files to then later verify the game files.
Don't be a gonk like I was, downloading AND installing this without reading the posts first! BUT if you were like me, the easiest way to fix your game is explained in the following steps:
Got to your game's root folder
Got to ...\Cyberpunk 2077\r6\config
DELETE the file " InputContexts.xml "
Finally, verify integrity of game files.
Verifying integrity will reinstall the vanilla InputContexts.xml file and get you back on track.
Actually you can instant craft things without downloading this mod, and here's the tutorial. -First, go to your game directory(if you're using Steam, simply go to your game library and right click on "Cyberpunk2077", then click "Properties", "Local Files", Browse"), -Then, search for "inputContexts", open it with a editable tool(I use the Notepad). -Finally, use ctrl+F to search for "hold action="craft_item"" and change the timeout to the value you want(0.01 for instant crafting) PS: you can change other timeouts if you like, but remember not to touch anything else besides the numbers. Hope this would help:)

DO NOT DOWNLOAD
go to your directory of cyberpunk 2077
eg: C:\Program Files (x86)\your game directory\Cyberpunk2077\r6\config
and click the inputContexts.xml
and then CTRL + F to find the line
find these lines
<hold action="disassemble_item"timeout="0.01" />
<hold action="craft_item" timeout="0.01" />
<hold action="use_item"timeout="0.01" />
<hold action="upgrade_attribute"timeout="0.01" />
<hold action="upgrade_perk"timeout="0.01" />
