30 fps is totally playable on an FPS. Maybe you are used to play so much Doom at 100+fps that 30 fps seem so slow to you. But if you think about it, 30 fps corresponds to the speed of natural movements. No one IRL moves at "60 fps or more", this speed is too high.
Try it out, play at 30 fps and see actually how fluid it is and how movements are much more natural. In Cyberpunk you may be enhanced as a human but you are still human and movements are supposed to be natural not "overspeeded".
More frames has nothing to do with speed unless the developers locked the games speed and fps (some games do this with certain animations getting janky because they were design with a frame limit in mind). More frames just means that it looks more like IRL, because IRL there are no frames, just fluid movement with no stuttering. While I can agree that 30fps is playable, the game design is the deciding factor in just how enjoyable 30fps can be. CP2077 has a lot of fast movement, effects, and ridiculous amount of detail on screen, so 30fps can be a bit hard to get used to. I played the game on xbox one x before playing it on my new gaming laptop, so I was very used to 30fps. But higher and lower frames in this game has nothing to do with the speed. Though, I think under 30fps, the game starts actually slowing down and not skipping enough frames to keep pace with the games intended speed.
Agreed. 30 fps is not enough. As someone who has been playing FPS since 1998 with Half Life, these peasants in the comments obviously have a crappy 60hz monitor and potato rig.

Also this will overwrite all your custom settings...
and btw 30fps is definitely not playable for a first person shooter, lmfao
