A legit realistic story is actually feasible imo because it can be about some sort of shunned/abandoned/marooned predator at first (with serious lack of exquipment except wristblades and helmet of course) - and it tries to use human augmentations and human weapons to make up for the loss and get back on the hunt. And from the general population perspective: people do not freak out when they see it because they imagine it for just being some chromed out dude, pumped with new cyberware.
I wish they had a Predator quest like in Ghost Recon Wildlands. Just walk into an area and see him, like in this very good mod. Just like WIldlands, hunt him and then escape the blast area in time.
Well then how about the K/DA Akali outfit group which can turns to the NEON colors when goes to the DARK Areas or when activate with some hotkeys like an On & Off switch to do it.
