I'd have one question though. Is there a way to change the replaced items to any other item than the ones you already made the files for? Specifically speaking of AT-AK Boleros, that I am using for my preset.
I've been digging into various mods since 1.5 brought me back to the game, and in my hunt for long gloves I've come across your impressive suite of mods. Really great work.
I'm wondering if you'd considered adding stand alone sleeves, like ones from the XT Clothing Library ("Glove Sleeves") to this or your glove mod? Clipping could be an issue, but if it's not I think they'd be a great additional option.
Thank you! I've been meaning to make a misc item version to add to this collection. Those sleeves would probably go in there. I just need to find the motivation to actually start.
Great mod! only one problem - The "sleeve" part is invisible, and only the spikes show. I installed the short spike version with slot 3, so I could add it to the Glove mod you also made. They use the same replacer, which is the spiked jacket. I probably failed spectacularly since I'm honestly still new to modding...
Thank you! Which archives do you have installed? The 'sleeve' and spike archives should use a different slot, otherwise they overwrite each other. That's about the only thing I can think of that could have gone wrong. It's also possible I made a mistake when making the archive, one typo and it explodes.
This is an amazing mod!!! works perfectly fine, i especially love how it shortens the sleeves on long sleeved inner clothes haha. Thank you for this once again!!!
You're welcome! Shortening the sleeves comes with the game. If you equip a jacket (or any item with sleeves really) the game will remove the sleeves of your inner torso item to prevent clipping. So depending on which replacer archive you use from this mod the sleeves will either be removed or stay.
I am having a issue, where I have the elbow pads but the jacket is still showing as well?
I have the nomad goggles as the replacer slot 1 - fingerless gloves left slot 3 - elbow pad left blue slot 4 - elbow pad right pink slot 12- left spikes short chrome slot 13 - right spikes long pink
am I doing something wrong? Everything is showing up fine but the jacket it’s replacing also shows on both codes in console
ahhhh... the goggles are part of the nomad jacket... i get it! ok tried a different jacket and it worked
