    While this removes the glitching effect, it doesn't remove the actual delay when you switch outfits, so it doesn't really fix the problem.

      True, because the incompetent devs had the greatest idea to rape our eyes with this s#*! glitch effect.

    Whoever thought it was a great idea to add a glitch effect to the character in the menu is a big retard. Thanks for adding the mod to remove this eyerape.

    I'm on my first playthrough and I thought that was intentional. It annoyed me so much I had to look for a mod and well.. I was not disappointed.

    This mod does what it states it does, if a user wants to reduce delays then should use "Improved Inventory" by vax2k4
