An interesting side effect from using this mod prior to the 2.0 update. I am at level 14, with (after using the in-game re-spec) 49 attribute points and 15 perk points.
The only way I can see this working is based on how many skill points are invested and combined with something stop the skill tree from needing a certain amount of attribute points to unlock different tiers dealio like this other mod: No More Tiers - Unlocked Perk Tree for 2.0
Just got this mod, restarted my game to play with it, and I love it! Hope this will be updated for the expansion!
[Edit] This is officially on my must-have list, and I sincerely think this should have been part of the base game. The mod makes me consider what I do more frequently, and focus on the skills I need to "practice" instead of just sinking points into things and doing them.
Does the game regard the additional attribute points as it normally would in the context of the bonus to base stats that are gained from higher attribute levels? For example, if I have say, athletics at 5, making body 8, does my character receive the additional health and stamina stats from body 8 in the same way as having a "true" body 8?
Ok, so do i understand this correctly? With this mod enabled, I level up, but i do not get any attribute points, instead when a skill levels up the attribute keeps up with it (in a 1:3 or 1:1 relation, depending on the file downloaded)?
Could the "No Attribute points to spend" thing be removed and instead a "x Attribute point/s per x levels" be implemented (possibly controlled by a settings menu slider)?

I want to update it to 2.x but it requires a rewrite and there is no timeframe yet

It works almost exactly like in this novel: Ghost in the City
