This mod completely removes the shadow/glow on the UI that happens when an item is picked up and/or a quest is updated. Great for HDR mode since it has very distracting color banding.

WORKS ON 2.1 UPDATE!
This wasn't fixed by CDPR on the 2.1 update.
This mod completely removes the shadow/glow on the UI that happens when an item is picked up and/or a quest is updated. It is intended for HDR mode since it has very distracting color banding outside of SDR. The main menu still doesn't look great but overall, the UI is a lot less distracting this way. This mod is not for those using Windows AutoHDR but instead the native game HDR should be used. There will not be any issues if you do use it in AutoHDR but the problem shouldn't present itself unless you enable the native HDR.
There should be no incompatibilities with any other UI mods as this only edits the one file responsible for the glow effect.
