Hi there! If you're new to CyberPunk2077 modding, here's a tutorial that will help you figure out how to use the Appearance Menu Mod mod that is required for all of my poses mods Made by my dear friend BeanChan2077!
I hope you don't mind helping clarify some things for me. The questions might be stupid, but I'm new to modding. Or rather, I haven't modded a game since back when we used .wad files. If you've never heard of a .wad file in your life, exactly.
On your pose mods you warn to only use use pose .archive file at a time but you have photos with more than one character with a custom pose. So is it one .archive file per locomotion? So it would be possible to have, let's say, Claire juggling and Takemura tap dancing next to each other?
Does Hover V use a unique locomotion or is it shared with other characters? And is there a list somewhere of which characters use which locomotion?
The poses that you have for two character (like the one on your profile pic), I assume you have put them in the different packs, right? I mean, both left and right sides of the hug/cuddle are in at least this pack for Hover V and the one for whatever locomotion Mitch uses.

You got it perfectly, it's indeed one pose mod by locomotion! Every character is different (for exemple, Saul uses Takemura's locomotion file, so they both use the same poses, while Judy have her own, and Kerry use the "Male Average Civilian" one, the basic man locomotion)
However, both Hover V, masc and fem, use a unique locomotion each! So you can pose a Male V (Hover V) next to a Male NPC (Man Average Civilian locomotion for example) and a Female V (Hover V) next a Female NPC (Generic Average Female locomotion, again for example) I'm not sure if there is a public list available, tho it's usually "easy" to spot who use what! Simply spawn the character via AMM and watch them walk / follow you (you have to have "spawn as companion" on in the settings) every male NPC that walk like Kerry uses the "Man Average Civilian" locomotion
For my photoshoot with Mitch, I indeed was using my Hover V poses for my Male V, and Mitch uses the MAC Locomotion (man average civilian) :)

Oh, thank you, you're a godsend! I haven't started yet but was piecing together those steps from different documents and guides, but a guide specific for modding for photography is super helpful. Less banging my head against the desk until neurons fall in the right order.
Eheh thank you! For now, all of the animations/poses mods you'll find are "swaps" of already in-game animations, yes. It's not possible yet to extract, edit, or import our own! :Oc
Oh, I hope they add that option or someone figures out how to do it. I was already getting some other ideas...
I have one last question about custom animations, mostly to confirm if I understood something correctly. Your (and everybody's) pose mods were in the game for either that specific character or one with the same locomotion, so the only way to have, let's say, Goro play guitar, would be to .app swap him onto Kerry or some other guitar playing NPC (and that would likely distort him a tad), did I get that right?
Ayeah this has been one of my goal as well, to crack open the animation system!
Nope! You can grab any poses for any locomotion! :D You can even use a woman animation on a man NPC, it will mess with his body but it's possible! (and with some good camera angles, it's not even visible, I do that a lot for my pics) So taking your example, if you want Goro to play guitar- You CAN indeed .app swap him to Kerry, or anyone who uses the Man Average Civilian locomotion (since it's the most common one, there is more poses for this locomotion) and search for guitar poses, or you can search for Goro specific locomotion's poses! There is no restraints, as long as you use the right locomotion, any animation can be played on any NPC :D
I'm a tad confused now. You say you can export an animation for a different locomotion than the original one and make it work without having to .app swap?
No need to export, just have to rename the file with the wanted locomotion's name, and it will be read by the game correctly regardless of the rig used for the animation :Oc

Ahaha there isn't really any defined "sex poses" ! Gotta use your imagination and test all kind of animation in game to see if it'd work well for the kind of photoshoot you'd want :O I recommend the dance moves, especially the mRig "sexy - 02". There's also a lot of cool animations with a lot of useable frames in the Quests pack! Check LarRackell's reference drive (pinned post), she made video of most of my poses, and you can let your imagination run wild with possibilities!

Ah. Well no, if you read my description you'd know already that my poses aren't compatible with photomode! As for the preview, are you un-zipping the files? Do not put the .zip inside your mod folder. You need to open it and choose the pose you want to use, only use one at a time.
What do you use to take those beautiful screenshots in your post??? They look like they were taken with some super complicated modded camera and some reshade effects or something. Do you have a modlist?
I uses Otis's injectable camera! Can be found here https://opm.fransbouma.com/intro.htm The injectacle camera comes with "CyberLit", a system to spawn different lights, I use a lot of them in my shots!

Awesome thanks! What DOF do you use in reshade? I've tried cinematicDOF but can't mimic how nice and smooth yours looks. This is what happens to my hair, while yours looks very nice and blurred. Any tips on settings? Thanks!
CinematicDOF got an update "recently" ! So I use this one yes- but I also use "realLongExposure" which allow us to ""freeze"" the screen while the game is still rolling on the back, meaning it will "smooth" the pixels that pops around the hair when using any DOF! I set mine to 10-15sec depending on what I need :D
Might be a very dumb question, but Hover V is not cooperating with the expressions of AMM, so if I were to spawn regular V with AMM, which poses work with him? These ones or the average male citizen ones?
Regular V works with the Man Average Civilian poses, yeah! :D When you download AMM, there should be one of my mod packed in "Expression for V", it should allow the AMM's expression tool to work on Hover Vs, make sure to have it!
I did see that mod, so I'll download it and see if that fixes it because your custom expressions weren't working and neither were the ones already present. He was dead-panning or his face was like someone who got injected with botox, where there's a subtle hint of emotion but not really. lol
i have been trying to get these to work for a while now. i have AMM updated, and i constantly update it every time it comes up. but i have never had the "At Your Own Risk" section. Am i using the wrong version by chance? i have "Spawn- V" only. but i have never had this tab for AYOR.
This got me a little bit worried at first- but thanks to a friend, I remembered that "Experimental Features" needs to be turned on in the Settings Tab!

After I use that"dirtyboy kneel" I can't stand again,every time I ues thired person mod,my V gonna kneel again,I don't know how to fix it,Even I delete this kneel mod, this bug still exists
If you deleted the archive from your mod folder, it shouldn't happen at all. Try with another save file but I never heard of this problem happening before

Hey! This bug is actually caused by AMM, please contact them on the AMM discord. Usually respawning mV multiple time fix it :) Glad you like the poses!

I have plenty of others mods :O majority of Male NPCs - Takemura and Saul - Spawned regular Female V and some female NPCs
I also have custom facial expression?s pack!
All of them require AMM (Appearance Menu Mod) to function!?
For V spawned from "At Own Risk" category, use my "Hover V" poses
If none of those two works, make sure to update and use the latest version of AMM

I notice a bug in a anim : the dicky twister dance, M!V doesn't have a torso ! It's okay if he has a t-shirt but shirtless ... invisible torso xD
