For anyone looking for an update/mod that serves this purpose, I just found a remover in Pinky's Utilities mod - check the files and navigate to REMOVER - Relic Glitches
Any1 can confirm it still works in 1.62? Still get those glitches, CET is uptodate ofc. Would be amazing if this mod also could remove Johnny from the mirror in V's home ;-)
Awesome mod, works perfectly. After playing this game for many hours, sometimes it's nice to just explore and do a bunch of VP. This mod is super helpful and gets rid of those random Relic malfunctions so we can go back to just enjoying Night City.

I wish there was a version that actually removed the relic effects. The annoying part for me is the voice-over audio and coughing animation. I don't mind the screen effect though.

(Update: it was just my game fkin up, had to reload my save and then it started working like normal again!)
