Looking to see if this works with Patch 2.0 or Phantom Liberty? Looking to ask when this mod will be updated?
I will be replaying the game and playing the expansion when they are released, and I am setting aside time specifically to do so and enjoy it before I begin updating my mods. I am not making any plans or promises to update my mods before November 1st.
If you wish to know whether a given mod has any issues, check the BUGS tab. Users should be submitting issues here as they find them.
This comments section will remain closed until November 1st, until I confirm that this particular mod will not need updates, or until I update this particular mod, whichever comes first. Do not message me directly to evade this.
Looking to report an issue/bug?
You're in luck! The BUGS tab of this mod is still open. I would greatly appreciate you submitting any issues, glitches, or bugs you are experiencing that you believe are caused by this mod. This will let other users see what potential problems may exist, and will give me a list of issues to investigate and fix when I begin updating my mods.
I hope you enjoy your Patch 2.0/Phantom Liberty experience!
We do not plan to release these garments, or the hairstyle, for V. We have stated this in multiple comments.
Please stop asking for us to do so. From this point on, requests for the garments or hairstyle to be released for V will result in your comment being hidden, and may result in you being blocked from this mod.
Can you release this clothes as items for V? I know you’ve mentioned that these are made for Johnny specifically and I understand that. I’m commissioning a mod where V has Johnny’s body and would really like to use these clothes for V. You don’t have to alter them. Just make them wearable in game for V regardless of clipping issues. I would really appreciate if you could do so.
In another situation, we might have been able to negotiate something, however the fact that you waited less than two days after making your original comment before spamming the comment again, three times, under the comments of others really feels like it shows a lack of respect for our time. We have lives outside of modding, sometimes it will take a bit for us to respond, and the solution is not to flood the mod's comment section.
I would expect that it will continue working, as the only patch for which the mod needed to be updated was the one in which Johnny's alt appearances were added, and even that didn't truly break the mod.
The slicked back hair still has some physics (if I remember correctly- it's been quite a while), but it is meant to resemble hair that is slicked/combed/gelled back, at least a bit, so I reduced the movement as compared to Johnny's usual default hair.
Is the casual shirt an actual shirt in the game? If not, could you make a Version for V? This is my favorite style of casual shirt but never does any game allow me to wear one.
The casual shirt is based on a shirt that is available to V by default. The item codes are: Game.AddToInventory("Items.Shirt_01_basic_01",1) Game.AddToInventory("Items.Shirt_01_basic_02",1) Game.AddToInventory("Items.Shirt_01_old_01",1) Game.AddToInventory("Items.Shirt_01_old_02",1) Game.AddToInventory("Items.Shirt_01_rich_01",1) Game.AddToInventory("Items.Shirt_01_rich_02",1)
The edits to the collar and the rolled sleeves were done on a copy of the mesh specifically fitted to Johnny's body, and thus would clip somewhat significantly if simply made available to V. At present, we have no intention of releasing the edited version of the casual top for V.
I wanna play as a John Wick with this mod, this hair and clothes. Is there any way to do this? Actually I wanna see Johnny Silverhand as a normal. I just want to change.
The post directly below yours discusses some of the problems with simply making these garments available for V, and the one below that discusses the issues with making the hair available to male V. The one below that discusses how you might play as Johnny, possibly using these garments. Several other posts in the comment section handle the same topic. Your idea has been floated by others, and each time we have explained why we have not and do not intend to release this mod for V.
As my co-author stated, this mod is for Johnny. If you do not like that, you are by no means required to use it, but you are also in no way entitled to further work on our behalf.
I’ve tried another mod that added the same black suit to Johnny & all I got was constant clipping with his default outfit. Tried this mod & had none of that happen. My V is a Corpo & now Johnny has to be one whether he likes it or not.

So I'm afraid we'll have to decline.

There is no one-.rar solution here, as there are multiple options available.
