Installation: Extract and put in your root Cyberpunk 2077 folder
Uninstallation: Go to the root Cyberpunk 2077 folder, then navigate to engine > confic > platform > pc and delete NoCrowds+Cars.ini
So I was looking through that .ini settings list people have been talking about, and saw the section for crowds, and thought it would be kinda funny to turn them off. As far as I know, it *almost* works, I've seen some NPCs still showing up but they are rare, and cars in the distance will exist, but if you try getting to them they just disappear. I'm not sure what all of that is about but then again this was done in like 3 minutes. Maybe there's a use for this? Like if you want no people hanging around a cool scenic shot? Anyway, have fun and if you know how to fix those oddities, feel free to fix it up :)
