When I run the game I receive this message: REDscrip compilation failed. The game will start, but none of the scripts will take effect. This is caused by errors in - respecAttributes.reds.

Well, this mod really needs to be updated. Hope this community embrace this quest, as the OP says, he declared free to take his mod and update/reupload

Yeah seems like with 1.61 that the mod doesn't work for me.

Very odd, does also not seem to be working for me.
I installed both redscript as well as this bia Vortex Mod Manager and enabled both. Not sure what else needs to be done.

When I go to a ripperdoc and purchase a tabula erasa it only resets my perks

If you have version 1.0.2 installed, I really have no idea why it's not working for you. Do other redscript mods work for you?

Try to install Redscript manually? If you install via Vortex are you using Hardlink deployments? The Symlinks don't work with it.

uhm ... I have no idea. I just chose the install with mod manager option for redscript. How would I install it manually? Just unpack it? Into which folder do I put it?

I believe there are installation instructions on the redscript mod page. If I remember correctly, all you need to do is extract everything from the archive and place it in your Cyberpunk 2077 root folder.

Manual Install: Look at the Redscript archive, there are "engine" and "r6" folders. Move those into your Cyberpunk2077 install folder. If you don't know where that is click on the "Mods" section in Vortex then look for the "Open..." icon then "Open Game Folder." This should fix the issues and get this respec mod working for you.

I don't recommend manual installs for everything but definitely for tools or mod frameworks.

Oh, that's why it's not working for me! Found this on the wiki as well. Do you know if any other mods will work for resetting attributes?

I havent tested this yet but how does this affect the skill progression rewards? Do you keep them even though your max Attributes are lower after respeccing into different attributes? This is quite important I think

At the moment, you do keep your skill progress. Since there isn't really a way to "respec" these, I figured it would be better than just removing your progress.

How did you make your menu background translucent?

It's actually not translucent, this is just the background from 2018 - 2019 --- Beta UI-HUD Colors.
