    https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/3678 looks like it might be a good replacement till this updates.

    Not working with 2.0 unfortunately. I'm going crazy lol my head is buzzing from that sound ugh

    Edit: I've checked, double checked. Not sure why-- it just will not work. Still hear the buzzing from the shards. Redscript not throwing any errors, other mods working. Weird.

      My head! Why did the developers make this terrible noise... Please figure it out and update it, this is one of the best mods!

      Hi, I've tested on my end both with 2.0 and Phantom Liberty and it's working for me. 0-0 Have you tried taking out other redscripts mod and try again? Since I tested with completely clean mod folders, I think the only answer would be a mod conflict.

      Clean install, fresh Redscript install and your mod. The Shards white noise still there. Any ideas?

      I'm all out of ideas unfortunately. Just to make sure, you still hear the noise when you click on the notification hotkey (default Z for me) when you collect a shard? Because this mod only deals with that. If you access the shards menu it's another droning sound and that's the menu droning.

    Thanks, the noise was driving me mad, made me think my soundcard was dying.
    What a dumb design choice.

      I'm glad I wasn't the only one. I had the weird soundstuck bug for awhile and it was THIS sound and it had me really concerned

    Does this work with 1.5? I love reading the lore but the ambient buzzing gives me a headache!

    Redscript v2.0 has officially been released so this might need to be updated to work with it.

      Thanks for the notice. I'll check if it broke my mods. ^^;

      Edit: Just tested. All of mine still works.

    It's not working for me actually, still hear the noise. Installed the mod with Vortex. The .reds file is located in the Cyberpunk 2077\r6\scripts folder.

      Weird. No matter how I try I don't get the sound with it installed.
      The first thing to check is, did you install redscript? I'm a dumbass and totally forgot to add redscript in the requirement. >.<
      If you've installed redscript, when you open the game, does redscripts throw error at you? If there's one script that doesn't work all scripts won't work I think.
      If that still doesn't solve it then you need to paste me the content in the .reds file so I can take a look.

      Thanks, I didn't know that redscript was needed. It works perfectly now! :)
