      Procrastination came for a visit (it's more like a long time stay at this point), so I had a go at it already. Is a bit of a hack, but it looks ok and shouldn't have any downsides.

   Finally a mod that makes the vanilla boots useable for fem V! Best boot mod ever on the Nexus for Cyberpunk. Thank you.
