Read the description, your mod is surely very tempting, but I already have Gunsensical and its recommended mods + ENC installed. So your mod wont be compat, unfortunately.
However I do agree with you, the guns in this game are not balanced properly. A good example is you can take out enemies in vanilla game with one knife throw hit, but you hit that same enemy with a silenced gun in very hard difficulty. You have to hit them multiple times.
Also, Johnny's Malorian which is clearly a hero weapon as it has unique look and animation, and prior to 2.0 had unique stats. But now its just fancier version of Nue. It just doesn't feel like a Hero weapon anymore.
how does combat feel for you using gunsensical+ENC? reading all sort of negative feedback on combat mods, such as getting oneshot by any random thug on the street or bosses being impossible to beat, did you encounter any of those problems? i'd love to overhaul the combat but i still want V to feel somewhat OP as the lore suggests
I use the ENC test version + Gunsensical. I have removed NPC damage folder for now. Cause ENC also does changes to enemy AI type and weapons. Possibly damages are stacking if you keep both, which is leading to those comments.
