Hey all, I rewrote the description and added a ReadMe file so thing should be clearer now.
I try to read all comments and for the people asking if it works on one version or the other or if you need admin rights the answer is:
the mod works on any version of the game afaik and you don't need any particular admin rights, you just need to be sure to have installed it correctly!
If you wanna test if the mod is installed or not you could change WightTrasferMode from 1 to 0 and you'll see that acceleration is completely broken, IE the vehicles won't move.

Yes the "EnableAirResistane" is correct, it's not a typo!

THE NEW OPTIONAL FILE WILL OVERWRITE YOUR KEYBINDING IF YOU DON'T READ THE README.TXT INCLUDED, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED

    I 100% regret downloading this.

It makes your vehicles light and every time you hit a bump, you fly through the air like driving on the moon . Plus it makes the back of the vehicles slippery.

Trash mod. How dare they say that this is any type of upgrade.

After uninstalling it, it didn't uninstall. Now I'm on a hunt for the original vehicle settings...

Never had that kind of issue when I tried this mod.

However standard modding practice is to:
      1) Make a manual save.
      2) Install mod and fully test it.

If you like the mod, that's good. Continue to use it. If you don't, uninstall it and revert back to the manual save you made.

Ranting about it and calling it 'trash' doesn't reflect well on you. People generally make mods for their own use, and then go on to share them if they feel that others may benefit from them.

But the bottom line is that, nobody owes you anything and modding your game is wholly your responsibility.

      Take a deep breath...

I used to feel the same way, but now I only use 7z for unzipping and checking for errors. Surprisingly, my go to for file archiving is Winrar. 7z can't add a recovery partition. I've have much better luck with repairing corrupt archives with Winrar than with even Freearc. You can test this yourself by editing (corrupting) an archive in a source code editor (Notepad ++) and then attempting to repair it. Place a 7z file in a rar file so that you can use 7z to test the archive for errors after repairing. Works every time, especially if you set the recovery partition size to 100%.

Any chance you could reorganise the mod to be "engine/config/platform/pc/vehiclehandling.ini" instead of "Cyberpunk 2077/engine/config/platform/pc/vehiclehandling.ini"? It makes life easier if you're going through Vortex.

The handling is the same in V1.23 after placing the .ini at the C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Cyberpunk 2077\engine\config\platform\pc
    path.

Might need to update your mod

Sadly this doesn't seem to help (1.22, 1.23).
