If I might make a suggestion for this mod? Can you add the scande parameter where V speeds up just a bit rather than slowing down to the same level as everyone else? Makes the point of this better: either to break LOS and stealth away or draw a weapon in that limited window and kill whoever clapped eyes on you. Having everything slow down just means, "Oh, someone sees us and now we're about to get caught in slow motion."
It obviously doesn't have to be 100% speed like regular Scande, but the speed up value should increase with each tier to 50% faster or something. Author's choice for balance. :)
I'm assuming you mean the Sande effect? I personally think the current system of slowing everything down works good, it gives you time to react to who/what spots you & either be A. Aggressive and neutralise them. Or B. Tactical and (with some basic stealth perks) move out of their line of site and/or distract them with a hack or throwing knife at the wall.
I do like the idea somewhat but it would need to be very small numbers, like max 25% at Legendary++ otherwise anyone with 0 perks invested into stealth, will have a get out of jail free card. Which ofcourse is not the intended gameplay experience.
I'll do some testing next time I'm messing with slow down effects and if I find something that feels good, I'll add it as an option.
If you do consider it an option, then for balance issues, the time dilation effect can be dropped to 2.5 if we now have a speed up effect on V. Should be enough time to scurry away or draw a gun and shoot. Or hit camo. Whichever comes first.
Liking your other Enhanced Cyberwares mods lately. Curious if you are also going to do Revulsor/Reflex Tuner since they're similar to Biomonitor and Synaptic Accelerator.
