Love this mod so far. I noticed that Panam reverts to the vanilla outfit after getting shot though. Wasn't sure if that was still being worked on so I figured I'd post it.
Seems like this mod is incompatible with Photomode EX; I cannot load either of the altered characters with their proper appearances, unfortunately. Other than that, 10/10 mod - though it's a little weird to see Judy topless in Pyramid Song as a male V.

I'm using photomode Ex and I can load the NPCs with their vanilla appearances. The appearances introduced with this mod aren't available for photomode, at least not yet

Right. I was thinking about what clothes Judy might have under the swimsuit (certainly not her sleep attire like in vanilla), but I was thinking from the perspective of Fem V, didn't consider the male V perspective. I might address this in the future
Hmm then I guess something's interfering on my end with the Photomode EX.
I can only get one appearance of the altered characters and it seems to vary a lot, it's very strange. I would not know how to troubleshoot.
Of course I realise their new appearances wouldn't be available in Photomode EX, maybe I explained poorly. Like I load Panam and I can only get her gasmask appearance sometimes, and if I pick Judy I sometimes get her 2 years later appearance, and other times her swimsuit appearance. I cannot change them into anything else. It's a little bizarre, haha.
Judy keeps changing back to her default outfit, I don't know why... I don't have any mods I know of that edit the .ent files.
EDIT: I found the issue; this mod is NOT compatible with Romance Hangouts Enhanced by Deceptious or any of the "I Really Want To Stay At Your House" mods.
I was doing the rooftop Evelyn mission when Judy's outfit switched back to default. Afterward when I disabled the Enhanced Hangout mod, she wasn't changing back to default anymore.
Interesting. Are you sure if was the default outfit? Because for the rooftop scene, Judy's appearance is similar to default, only she has flip flops instead of the boots (see image gallery for reference).
this is promising. i am hoping one day it can be plug and play to where we can just apply JEB and PEB files based on day and time. Like a Sun through Sat each being assigned a different look.
it is already possible, https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/21266, i just add sunglasses, and remove the jacket etc, but you can add/remove whatever you want, you just need to overwrite my custom app file with a version where not only the sunglasses are added, but also different clothes. Its patched for JEB and PEB too. You have a "night" version, the 9-11 pm version, 11-14 pm version , 16-18 PM version followed by the night verison again.
i got that mod the day you released it, you are one of my favs so i track you. Im no modder so i respect all yalls hard work, hopefully you can collab with this person and integrate PEB and JEB with all the outfit options available to those mods.
I've been using the Judy Enhanced Body, and Judy's new Look, and also Preem Hair for Judy, but I've uninstalled them all, in this order one by one, but with each uninstalled mod there was less Judy, first she was just a floating head and cyberware, and now she's just a pair of eyeballs and teeth in her office under Lizzies, I'm definitely doing something wrong here, I'm sure of it, but I have no idea what. Are there any mods which could affect her, which don't include her name, but are most likely used by everyone me included? I cant remember.
The archive is only winning the conflicts against the main file of this mod.
Instead of modifying the main NPC .ent files directly—which often leads to conflicts between mods—you can patch them using ArchiveXL. This method allows you to add new appearances through a patch, rather than overwriting the original files. This approach is much more compatible, as it avoids the common issue where only one mod can change .ent files at a time. Since (as far as I understand) your mod only adds new appearances and doesn't alter existing ones, using ArchiveXL would be a conflict-free solution. Feel free to check out my "Time-Aware" mods for an example of how this method works.
you would create: base\characters\appearances\main_npc\judy_dynamic.ent base\characters\appearances\main_npc\kerry_eurodyne_dynamic.ent base\characters\appearances\main_npc\panam_dynamic.ent base\characters\appearances\main_npc\river_ward_dynamic.ent that reference your app files. (just be sure to remove everything from this ent file exept the top appearances list as that things are already mentioned in the main ent file!)
and add them via archive xl patch to the main npc ent file
I know the mod its in beta right now, however its an incredible mod for immersion, i really loved it.
Just found this bug so you can look for it in possible updates, In the double life mission at the very end when leaving Judy's apartment, the BD glasses are stationary and causes a very odd look. However thx for the mod

Great mod btw!

It happened again with the first Maiko mission...
The issue got fixed after I disabled Hangout Romances Enhanced.

Additionally to:
base\characters\appearances\main_npc\judy_dynamic.app
base\characters\appearances\main_npc\kerry_eurodyne_dynamic.app
base\characters\appearances\main_npc\panam_dynamic.app
