Firstly i really like your build. The style is really nice and i like the brutalist style.

But there´s one thing that bothers me. It is that the TV upstairs at the foot of the bed is not deactivatable. Could you add an option to do so or is it probably not possible?

I feel you, this also very much bothers me. I will look again what the options are. I really like the concept of having a tv there thats why i kept it, but it is a nuisance. I am planning to add more to the built and maybe make it a standalone mod, so i hope i will have found a solution by then.

Hi! I fixed the issue with this mod : All TVs interactive and off  ;) https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/11719
With this you can turn off the TV ☺️. It's much more pleasant. For this to work, go around the TV, your V must be on the side of the bed as if he had slept there. On the other side it says “locked”. The only thing that's still bothering me is that I haven't managed to get the two mods to cohabit: Concrete Jungle - Apartment (AMM Preset) and AMM - V's Edgerunner Mansion Lobby Entrance. That would have been so cool!  They don't seem to want to work together. When I activate one in preset, the other deactivates, unless I don't know how to do it? 😉

The pause you get driving up is AMM loading the files. Thats normal.

You have created a good cozy interior.

When creating a preset archive, you can create all folders up to the final file, starting with bin/... , this will simplify the installation of the preset.

What slightly irritated my eyes were the plants that grew beyond the glass, for example, at the door at the entrance, or the overly large tree that blocked the view with its foliage when you were walking up the stairs. Well, these are minor things.

Basically you can try to convert your preset into a standalone mod with using World Builder

Good luck with your creativity and have a nice day.

Thank you so much for your feedback <3
I hope I will find the time to clean it up a bit more, expand on it and turn it into a standalone mod.
I hope you have a great day as well! :)
