- attempt to fix flickering lights (vehicle lights material was assigned to submeshes with partially white vertex colour)

- hopefully fixed a bug where the headlights flicker while the car is parked by removing unused light components
- improved the look of the dashboard light by increasing its brightness and making it one-sided, meaning it only points towards the driver, not the dashboard itself

- changed how lights are set up to prevent neon colour being overridden (also allows setting neon colour for all car variations in the .yaml)

- fixed an issue with the glass covers on the dashboard
- added new .archive (Optional files) that increases interior glass reflections by referencing the glass material from reGlass 2.0 by BabaBooey88
