You read the mod description, right? If you did, you know that this mod replaces one certain item. And if I'm not wrong, this item is only available from one vendor.
There's a command for this item if you want it: Game.AddToInventory("Items.TShirt_03_rich_01")
Yeah I went into the vender and got it, the shirt speified (pacifica vendor). Didn't work at all, hence why I posted the comment. Seems to be wokring now, have no idea what fixed nothing has changed. Thank you.
