I stopped playing around 1.3 and came back in 2.2 and couldn't shake the feeling that something wasn't right about my knife, thank you for making this mod
It may be unrelated to this mod, but I wonder if it's possible for somebody to replace the default "Charge Attack" for the Katana with the "Sheath and Quickdraw Slash" animation?
I find it a bit silly when I have to keep pressing the sheath weapon button so I can use Satori's quickdraw effect during melee, because the current sheathing animation often only plays when you're running around with the katana drawn. It's dumb if I have to break the pacing of a battle by sprinting around a group of enemies I'm fighting just so I can get the special quickdraw effect per enemy.
Would it be possible to combine default katana deflect animation with these? Pre 1.6 looks kind of awkard with the sword just "twitching" in its place. Other than that I think these are genuinely better apart from the little bugs and nitpicks.
Don't you know how to use the wolf kit? If you extract only the blocking and deflection motions from the wolf kit and combine them with this mod, you should be able to use it well.
Anyone else experiencing afterimages of the blade trailing behind the sword like a blade trail kind of deal?
Could be my pc or another mod but just curious if its intentional or just mroe noticeable with the old animations
ETA: Ive discovered for some other reason im experiencing this but its just noticeable on these better animations unfortunately. Going to look into whether or not its contextual motion blur or something else causing it or if its because im on a pos computer LMAO
Hey, man. I got an unrelated question. Would you happen to know if it's possible to make a forward roll mechanic? Like the ones the Dying Light games have. I find it very strange that a game like Cyberpunk 2077 wouldn't have one, even though it could flow so well with the gameplay, considering verticality is important.
