Download the Optional Save File for full NPCs! You must have competed that gig WITHOUT STEALTH which for some reason locks the club and removes the normal NPCS
Nice mod with some fun features. However...in my encounter, the TCgirl at street level didn't have a table for her laptop...it just floated in the air in front of her. Inside the casino, the control room just to the right of the entrance to the casino area had two NPCs sitting in chairs as well as the TC enemy inside.
I run a number of environmental mods on my game, so I don't know if this is a bug or a conflict unique to me...seems like nobody else here is mentioning it.
I was wondering about this! Thanks guys! I updated the Description adding a Warning about this AND included an optional Save File right outside the Casino with everything open
Idle curiosity here; what's your rig if you got the game at lowest settings and still only getting 50-60 fps? RAM, CPU, GPU, Motherboard, give us those juicy deets choom! Always impressive to see modders working using lower end hardware. I likened it on my old pc it to trying to build a castle alone, but you're blind, and every five minutes two assholes come over and kick the s#*! outta you, randomly knock over bricks and s#*!, and then leave you to pick up the pieces. Good times.
I Used to have all my specs written down but I've lost them. I have a 5 year old laptop. Intel Core I7, 32gb Ram. I can ONLY IMAGINE how good some of my mods look at high quality because I legit am at the complete opposite spectrum graphics wise, and the game still looks CRAZY. 4k Oled screen so I'm chilling at 60 fps low everything else.
I just got the Intel Arc b580 and am loving it, but my monitor is broken so I'm running the game through a 8k tv and it runs like ass on it lol. Can't wait to fix my monitor so I can use raytracing in Dogtown while fighting again

Hello, there are only few of NPCs but not as much as in your pictures.
I run a number of environmental mods on my game, so I don't know if this is a bug or a conflict unique to me...seems like nobody else here is mentioning it.
Looks great though. It's a proper casino now.
Only problem is that the front and back door are locked for me.
I already did the mission, so not sure if that is a problem or not.
Ok, I'll make sure to stay unnoticed in another playthrough.
