- attempt to fix flickering lights (vehicle lights material was assigned to submeshes with partially white vertex colour)

- removed a decal that was obstructing the interior overhead light

- removed the light beam of bb02 when bb02 is not installed

- fixed issue where the car loads an incorrect material for the body resulting in it being black with a relief
- improved the look of a few materials: denim, felt, leather, plastic, and rubber are now actually black instead of dark grey
- the hinges of the mirrors are now properly attached to the rest of the car to prevent a niche issue where the car would move but the hinges stay in place

- fixed car exploding on spawn (properly set mass, chassis_mass, and total_mass in the .yaml. fix provided by Jmolinares03)
- fixed disappearing vehicle parts and shadows on the base car and all tuning parts (set LODMode to AlwaysVisible in the .app file)
- fixed Johnny's head getting squished down (corrected roof_border_back and roof_border_front in the .rig)
- made holographic X on Dragon livery optional (like other tuning parts)
- the holographic X on the Dragon livery is now attached to the hood and moves up when opening the hood
- added optional bobblehead to the dashboard
