I'm having similar problems. No body mods at all, only a handful of clothing mods. However I did set my character creator (vanilla) to the "Bigger" breast size. I'm guessing that's the problem.
The sleeves replace the skin, not a tattoo, so to they can be used together with a regular tattoo. Links to the used tattoo mods can be found at the bottom of the description if you want to try them.
Love it! Thanks for sharing. Shame only the 3rd tattoo option (the serpent one), seem to clip through it quite a bit, but that's fault of the tattoo texture itself and not your mod, since that tattoo seem to clip with a lot of clothing unfortunately.
I say shame, because damn does that tattoo with this clothing looks absolutely fantastic otherwise :D
Good to hear you're enjoying the mod! And yes, the clipping with the tattoos is quite annoying. I was using one of the bigger ones before and actually downloaded the save editor to change it for the pictures. The clipping was that bad. I will probably try to fix it once I figure out how to stop Blender from inverting all my normals.
