      Hi, if you can not interact with the vendor, you have to enter Vs apartment once.

      If the vendors inventory is empty you have to skip 24 ingame hours, after that the inventory is refreshed.

      I added a file that makes the item iconic, you can also change the initial quality in the file, i added a comment with possible values.

    Nice! With 4 mod slots I might be able to one shot on Very Hard. I hate almost killing them, then not having a throwing weapon.
    The colors and effects will make it even better. Might actually want to do a Scorpion build for fun.
