Yeah, I didn't have any issues. I dropped the two files into my folder. One for top, one for overalls. Whenever I get in a situation like this, I always go through, re-read the read-me or instructions on the mod page, and slowly perform every step carefully. Oh. I'm running a 1.3 version of the game that isn't up-to-date. Maybe thats why I'm not having issues? I also mod everything manually, no managers.
I have tested it and it works on 1.3 Installation is very standard, and Vortex should have no problem dealing with that.
EDIT: actually I don't think that's the case, but you can still try it:
What might be happening is that you have some other mod replacing the same item - like one of those big clothing overhauls, that change a lot of stuff. In that case you can fix that by changing the load order. I don't know if Vortex let the user change load order, but you can do that manually by renaming the file ("basegame_judyoverallsphysics.archive" inside the "Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod" folder). Rename it to something like: "11111basegame_judyoverallsphysics.archive".
Your work is awesome! I really appreciate it. Physics is really another level. I like the long trousers version cuz it is a new idea. (It's better if you can change this to a new cloth mode (CSV merge) like spawn0's clothes. Then your mod will become a choice. Just a little request; Could you add icon replacement within your mod. Then this will become a complete mod.)
Do you think you can allow Vortex too? I really love your mods and I have a very hard time extracting the files, so I use Vortex for a quick download!! Thank You for making these Mods through your hard work
My mods (the ones that can be installed with managers) are compatible with the managers by default.
BTW what exactly is the problem with manual installation? You just put everything in the main Cyberpunk 2077 folder, done. I personally don't use managers mostly because of how simple it is to install stuff manually for this game (when compared to Unity games or Skyrim).
For some reason it's not working... I have it in the right place, installed with Vortex. I give myself the Old N54 Athletic Shorts using Game.AddToInventory("Items.Shorts_03_old_01",1), and I just get the shorts. This mod hasn't replaced it.
Hello, there is a amazing Judy topless cloth remake made by Seracen on nexus at this link. Would it maybe be possible for you to do something similar so the player also can get that version? It looks like just the top cloth is removed in Blender.
Isn't my mod already this, tho :D I mean it's up to you to choose the top - you can choose to wear none. Judy's top is a separate thing from her pants.

would love have them as standalone cloth instead of replacement :)
