Can I just install the optional packages without the main package and thus have it standalone? Absolutely not! You can install the Targa wheel package on its own no problem. For the other two best case scenario would be invisible vehicle parts or completely invisible vehicles. Worst case would be game crashes whenever the game tries to spawn a Shion.
Is it compatible with Crystal Coat? The MZ1 is perfectly compatible with Crystal Coat, yes. The MZ2 ... not so much. I've added a screenshot to illustrate it. I wouldn't say it's completely unusable, but it's obviously not as it's supposed to be. I will make no attempt to fix that, though, because I just don't like Crystal Coat.
Can I have a different color set? I guess, but I'm not the one to make it. I actually planned to provide more color sets for quite some time, but it's actually pretty involved. And vehicle colors are actually pretty hard to get right. Believe it or not, but the recolor of the streetracer MZ1 alone took me multiple hours until I liked it and thought it was suitable.
Can I have a mixed and matched set especially tailored to me? Like blue brake saddles and pink rims and red body and plaid interior? Stop right there! Maybe apart from the Targa rims and basic tuning there was no single part about this mod that was easy. I will not rip it open again on a whim.
Can you make wheel covers for the MZ1 too? I actually attempted to make custom wheel covers for the MZ1 thrice over the last couple weeks. They all looked really ugly on the Shion, even though I liked the general look of at least one and a half of them. Maybe I lack imagination, or I'm a bad designer or the Shion just isn't that suited for covering the wheels without going all wide body. Or maybe it's a mix.
Can I have the MZ1 Street Racer or MZ2 Quadra Hunter without the car tuning? Well, yes, but I won't provide you with a dedicated package for that. Just download the related package and only install the .archive file, but not the .yaml file. Or delete the related .yaml if you already installed it.

Does anyone know the CET commands for these cars? I know they're autofixer vehicles, but it says I've bought them although they're not appearing in my call list.
Thank you. Nah it's something to do with my save game. I went back to vanilla and slowly started reinstalling mods. Something about that just removed every car from my call list.

Love this mod, but can't figure out at all why the MZ2 has literally zero sound. Can't hear the engine or the tires or anything, it's weird. Happened all of a sudden too.
I think that's a game bug. I never had that with the player Shions, but plenty of times with random parked ones. If you go far enough away from the car to make it actually respawn when you call it, it should be ok again. (I think if you only go 100m or so, the game will reuse the one that is already spawned. Not sure, though.)
You're right! Likely a game bug but unfortunately respawning it didn't work. It seems to be doing it with the MZ2 and the 911 Turbo (930), it seems to also glitch out the radio as well, doesn't let any of the songs play. Ah well, bound to be a fix somewhere!
i confirm, a vanilla bug, simialr to the honk bug. Both happen randomly and while a mod could fix it, we need to find the cause :p Many things are borked in the game audio anyway
Love the mod!!! The vanilla cars in Cyberpunk definitely need more love, wish someone would come around making lore friendly vehicles but yea I know the 3d artist who made all the car designs had to have asked for hundreds thousands of dollars!
Is there a non-modded way to obtain El Capitan's version (or rather, color) of the MZ2? Applying his paint job through Crystal Coat doesn't change the color of the widebody parts, unlike his.
No, non-modded way, no. As for modded ways there is Vehicle Customizer (which is kinda by me as well now) to change any of your Shions to that appearance. It's one of MZ2 Urban appearances. Don't remember which one.

EDIT: Oh yeah. It actually handles like a car now, rather than a hovercraft. It is snappy and fun. I hope some day that somebody can give the Wingate, Hoon etc the same treatment.
