So I've tried out this mod for a bit. Please take this with a grain of salt, I'm not trying to insult you in any way. The increased fire rate, and normal fire rate are way too fast. The reduced fire rate feels better even though it's still a bit too fast for me. The damage is too little (well, at least in my personal playthrough with increased difficulty)
So I edit it a bit to my liking. -baseEmptyReloadTime: 0.75 (from 2.59999999) -baseReloadTime: 0.65 (from 2) DamageBuff -value: 2.6 (from 1.5) ROFDebuff -value: 4.25 (from 1.5)
This makes it act more like a railgun rifle rather than a submachine gun.
I also use Guns Redone V3.0 (Overhauled) so it may affect some of the rifle's performance. Your mileage can and will vary.

It's literally changing a number. Be aware the damage will be changed as well by editing this because of how damage in cyberpunk 2077 works.
You can also edit other stats if you want.
