Extract the images to the following folder on your System (you can just copy the Folders it should work):
C:\Users\%currentuser%\Pictures\Cyberpunk 2077\
(Note: Replace %currentuser% with your actual Windows username.)
Launch Cyberpunk 2077 and go to your apartment.
Find your Smart Frames inside your apartment. The images you extracted will automatically appear in the Smart Frame UI.
