   Is it possible within the confines of the rules of how modding works in Cyberpunk to add these the game as objects in the world to find? I'm assuming not without better modding tools.

      im super late but theres the mjolnir mod that adds a weapon hammer you can find on the map, so maybe its possible to do something similar for whese weapons
