Man, I don't know what's the problem with my Pc, I have tried quite a few optimization mods, and I only gain 2 or 3 Average FPS. With this one I only get +2 Average in Low preset, pretty much same mins and max, and if I use Very low I actually loose almost 20fps. I don't get it.
Not really. If by s#*! you mean old, yeah it was old, but it could run pretty much anything without problems. For example, with modded CP2077 I got between 35 and 55 fps benchmark with graphic settings at mid-low. Also I had it overclocked to approximately a 30% overall performance improvement, without hicups, without it overheating. It was, and still is, a tank. One thing is the graphics card being s#*!, which it wasn't, another thing is it being underpowered for modern standards. Also, some people, like me, can't afford newer hardware, so comments like this are out of place.
I've been Using the I7-6700k with the 970 since 2017, till august last year when I purchased a 1070 from a friend. Obviously having a 4GB GPU is a bit of a bottleneck for modern games, but it can still run and give you a decent experience in most games. If you can manage to buy a 8GB GPU, with the 6700, you can run pretty much anything in mid-high settings, sometimes in Ultra, and, depending on the generation, you can buy an 8GB for 100-200$. It's worth the cost for performance and extending the useful life of your Pc. It's also a great deal having 32GB RAM and, if your MOBO has a slot, an M.2, that helps a lot.
Conclusion, if you can spend a little money, a great low-cost good performance no shame Pc for mothern standards would be: -I7-6700 (Preferably K) -8GB GPU (1070s can be 80-120$ easy) -32GB RAM (Preferably 3200-3600MHz) -M.2 NVME upwards of 3500GB/s transfers With this config I was able to run CP2077 at 50-60+FPS (depending on the zone) in mid-high config, I think the only thing I had in low was Ambient Occlusion just for stabilizing frames between zones. Then I started modding and it went to 40-60+FPS 😅
The 1070 and especially the 1080 are like the old Honda Civics, they are reliable for far longer than they have any right to be. My grandfather had a 1976 Civic he didn't replace until 2005, he put ~350,000 miles on it. It was still running when he got a new car, he just finally decided that he wanted air conditioning.
Don't give a s#*! about those a$$holes not caring about your GPU integrity. I have a GTX 1070 8gig... until the ver. 2.12 came out, my game was running at less than 60 fps with vs 1.63. You're not alone... just turn your resolution down a few notches to save on the FPS. Your GPU can only handle so much at a time.
My monitor only runs at 60hz and is a UHD 65" display. I very often at the 2.12, now get between 60 and 120hz with my resolution still at 3060. The game physics have upgraded massively.
Which option should I leave enabled to keep the underwater image natural? When on that diving mission, pretty much the whole underwater region was visible from the start, ruining the ambience.
so is the root folder where cyberpunk.exe is located in, and if so should i just copy and paste cyberpunk overhaul into the same folder where the .exe is or just drag into the folder, please help!!
I´ve played this game for a long while with my Geforce GTX 1660 Ti at about 40 FPS (I´ve prefered high settings instead of high FPS) and this mod actually unleased quite a lot of FPS also. Thank you sooooo much. Now I get the best of both worlds.

P.D.: I have GTX 970 and I7-6700k
P.D: I changed my GPU to a 1070, obviously now the game runs better with higher settings.
