Exactly how do you expect me to answer that? I don't know your computer set-up. I don't know your graphics settings. I don't know your normal FPS. I don't know your FPS when running this mod. I don't know what other graphic/texture mods you're running. I don't know what other items you have equipped. I don't know if you're using a body mod that comes with 8k textures and 300k vertices. I don't even know what you mean by "your FPS drops when turning this mod on". Do your FPS drop just by having it installed? (I highly doubt that) Do they drop just by equipping one item? By having all items equipped at once? During gameplay? While in photomode? In inventory?
In general: The vertex count of each item in this mod is roughly between 10k and 20k vertices. That's in the mid spectrum. Could definitely be lower. But could also be much higher. To compare: Newest VTK bodies have over 300k vertices alone. Many ported jackets / pants on Nexus have between 100k and 300k vertices. So even if you have all items from my mod equipped at once it will roughly account to as many vertices as some fancy high poly leggings. Textures are using Cyberpunk's own multilayered system which is usually very lightweight.
I mean, if you're making use of all the 50+ slots that Equipment-Ex has to offer + are using several high poly clothing mods with 4k textures + a high poly body + who knows what other texture mods - then yes, expect your FPS to drop. If it bothers you during gameplay, then adjust your EEX loadout accordingly. But I tested with just the items from this mod equipped (everything that could be equipped together at once) and didn't notice any difference on my system during gameplay or in photomode. So if it really drops significantly for you just from this mod alone, then I don't know why.
Your mods are amazing and keep my male V cooking. May I ask if your male V's are heavily modded with private stuff or if these are just sets you've made? Not asking for youre presets, I just can't seem to make anything near as pretty.
