      Coming back to this, try adding a ! at the beginning so it loads last or as last as possible. I have this problem with a different hair and this fixed it.

   To everyone who has been waiting for this to get updated, that no longer needs to happen because apparently one of CDPR's updates fixed it. This hair now works and I am presently using it.

   For anyone wondering, the file that replaces hair #18 is working fine for me in game version 2.13.
