      It's a virtual store. It can be accessed from most computer terminals in game (not just the ones in apartments).

      Sorry to disappoint you, though I'm currently working on some Evangelion themed clothing.

      The good news is that someone has already made Evangelion PlugSuits for Cyberpunk.
