The Coat is brown not black but still looks better than any other coat. Am I missing another mod in order for this Coat to show up black or did Phantom Liberty just mess this up?

I how ever get a bug that whenever I change some files in my archive folderm the coat reverts back to the original item, any ideas on a fix or why it may be? I had fixed it once but its back now

I needed a great coat for my V and the closest thing is that Timeworn Trenchcoat, but damn it just doesn't feel like the right fit for my V. Your coat DOES!
