    It would be better if it was the actual tarot cards and not the stand profiles

      Everyone expects that, which is why I didn't do it that way.

      Plus, the stands are way cooler than the actual tarots.

      itd be cool if the actual graffitis were photos of their respective stands with the cards name in japanese under it or something, are you still working on this?

    Not sure, but I don't think the Devil appears until you get into The Devil ending of the game. Can't think of where Judgement is...

      Judgement is inside Arasaka Tower, in the area right before Mikoshi (where you fight Adam Smasher).
