Cyberghost doesn't show up in my list, though the rest of yours are like 'possibilities'. I installed it an completed that one. It does say under 'Undermine Quest Series' it's active. I also see a yellow sign of a quest in the south west of the badlands, but I can't click on it. Is there a way to jumpstart the quest with CET?
Hi, there author: I finished the first airdrop mission and then kept on waiting, but nothing happened, it kept saying "complete the quest CyberGhost to progress", and i did chose the king of cups ?(killed songbird in the base) what's next? and when i found the menu of uqs in hq, "resurrection" mission only have "back" with a no sign. did i install it wrong or ? Idk
I received a message from an unknown number that said, "Valerie... I...need...you," and nothing more. I thought it was back online, but I used "sleep" to pass almost a week of game time, yet nothing more. Do I need to wait more? I also tried to re-install, but it's still the same problem as i posted before. still only a "back"in the mission menu. i can rest the uqs airdrop, but not the songbird. and I get mission notifications in the game menu
That text is the first message in the Cyber-Ghost quest.
The quest started... I looked at the code, there is an 8 hour game day delay before you get the next text. There is nothing in the code that will prevent you from receiving the next text.
Something on your end is stopping texts. Other mods can engages a Gameplay Tier... Ideally you play at tier 1 but if a tier level beyond that is set and is not returned to 1, then some functions stop work.
Additionally, some quests put up UI blocking that disengage the mini map, prevent save games and stops you from using the phone and receiving text messages.
Complete whatever quest that is interfering with your in-game phone.
After you leave the compound, following the waypoints, you are teleported past the wall the second time.
Walk out the main gate.
If, for some reason, you were not teleported and you have a waypoint to the radio tower. You will have to go through the checkpoint. but this is 9 out 10 instant death. I was able to get past the checkpoint when I had second heart chrome installed.
Dogtown hideout, you can reset the quest and try again as well if you cannot get passed the wall.
Choose resurrection of songbird, then reset cyber-ghost then choose reset UQS. then the quest will start over.
I don't think the reset is necessary though... just go back to the compound and walk out the main gate... you can also revert to an autosave just before going to the compound and redo that step.
There was a short delay in the loading screen after i left the compound spawning me beneath the map and then directly reloading. The message on screen said, i got through the hole in the wall, but i didn't. Got over the wall with a youtube tutorial after that and finished the quest. Maybe there ist something to work out about that for you. But I appreciate your work here!
Another question: In the dialogue setting up the triangle and at the end i got the feeling that many parts of dialogue where missing. Is that because I'm playing it in german? Should I replay the quest in english to get all the dialogue?
One is from the Mystery Caller. This dialog occurs during the quest objectives.
The second set of dialog comes from Song So Mi, after you form the triangle.
Which of the two are you referring to?
Since there is no German localization, I am not sure if you get German at all, maybe in the voice overs but it all should be in English and you should not miss anything.
In post quest conversation, there is a question asked that may lead to a relationship if you pick the correct option. This text line is not repeatable, so one chance to get it right, but that does not mean someone cannot revert to a save before the question. She thanks V for their candor on either choice, but one reply has more text than the refusal reply.
I put this in just to establish some level of commitment between V and Songbird. On one path you will feel that she is more isolated from V and will get more of a friendly vibe but a clear line is drawn between them. The other path, based on the choice, will lean toward a closeness and the development of trust.
More questions will evolve on this path culminating into absolute trust. And occasionally Songbird will fight with you in battle unleashing blackwall through you to your enemies.
I am not sure how I will do it, but with either one will be through a proc chance or another through a dialog choice similar to the final fighting in Killing Moon when V and Songbird were linked and moving to the train.
wait so from what I'm seeing in the photos, this hologram of Songbird basically works (but on bikes) similar to "passenger" mod where johnny spawns in cars as a passenger?
no like what I meant is, after the quest, will songbird appear as some passenger each time I get in the bike or nah? but yeah I get what you mean I'm just curious tho it would be very fun if the award was songbird being a passenger on bikes since there hasn't been any special 2nd passenger for motorbikes

Like say the perk that gives you an AoE jolt after you reload... This interaction with Songbird would have some sort of voice over and then she unleashes a blackwall wave... and may even materialize for a bit and speak to V then vanish...
Anyways, this what I had been considering and giving you a feeling that she is watching over you (but only available through the qualification Cyber Ghost story arc and your choices with the relationship that you want to have with Songbird).
Orr, just do the exact thing in the photo although the only thing you have to add is a script for her to spawn in with or without any animation (ps: would be sick to have a CET console where there's 2 optional animation glitches, hologram animation glitch or blackwall hologram animation glitch) gl btw, hope you do it with no bugs!
oh yeah I did forgot about the add-on bikes, it'll be a pain to do that especially for bikes of the dark future
I would actually love to have her as a companion in her non-ghost, fully alive form. My V is madly in love with her, so sent her to the Moon with flowers basically 😂 Maybe something like an add on to the romancing So Mi mod/quest, where you can ask her to follow until dismissed? That would really be a killer feature for me! 😊
The developers created a network of invisible rails. They called them splines. And you have to create a scene to spawn an NPC. So what you want is to have a perpetual scene running so she can stay active but there would have to be code put in for every predetermined step that she took.
AMM uses dangerous mixture of scripts and external code that crashes the game more than it helps keep it active. but for as long as the processes are active, they break the game design and have an NPC follow you and fight with you.
Mixing mods, scenes and at the same time trying to control an NPC with scripts and AMM could lead to a corrupt game or lot of crashing.
What I could do is trigger holo calls and make a pool of a 100+ lines and have her talk to you as you play.
Are you sure the mod is fully done? nothing related to NUSA territory, and I pretty much just fixing the towers one by one, after I completed all the actions that were required, it said you can now meet Songbird in the parking spot, when I saw her, she was just standing there and talk nothing, and then the quest finish.....

You just freed Songbird from the AI and right now she is only safe in the triangle that you created, the AI cannot get her there... so she is gathering her strength... these text messages help to clarify the direction the story will go...
I put in long delays because I am still developing Crossing the Divide so the texts were made to pace out real time while I work on the next quest... There are around 12 texts and 2 choice groups.

I am almost done with a Vincent play through. He is at cynosure. When I get him to that point, I'll investigate the issue.

The requirement is taking Songbird out of the vehicle (Fail) or a corpse (quest start).
So I will be running both Valerie and Vincent through Cyber-Ghost soon.

The banner is a message showing that Songbird is with V, albeit as a ghost.

I did this in Possibilities... When you drive from the Cinema to your apartment, She is in the vehicle with you the whole ride.
She speaks to you.
Then the quest ends.
As time passes after this point she will text you.
This is the ending of Cyber Ghost.
The next Quest will resume from here and it is called Crossing the Divide.
On the other side of the wall IS NUSA territory. And some of the badlands are considered NUSA territory.
