Relic Malfunctions Restored
This mod fixes a small bug in the game's logic that controls when random (e.g. not caused by a quest) Relic malfunctions trigger.
CDPR likely broke it around Patch 2.0 and never bothered fixing it.
The mod also fixes some problems related to fact naming in the same piece of logic. Random malfunctions will now trigger as CDPR once intended them to, likely more often than in 1.xx.
