    been looking for something like this, i love the rain in cyberpunk and thought that it should rain more, i'd love if there was a rain mod for the cheat menu so i could just toggle it on and off but alas it doesn't exist, thanks for the mod though!

    will your mod conflict with nova lut 2, No Vignette and Chromatic Aberration and glow begone?

      I think it's a typo and should mean It Can't Rain All The Time from The Crow. Was my first thought as well, I must admit. XD

    i uninstalled it as well and its not stopping raining, what do i do

      No fix yet I'm trying to work it out. I verified files. Nothing changed. Uninstalled ALL rain and weather mods. No change. 

      (EDIT) 

      FIXED. Install the weathermancer mod and any dependencies. Manually force reset the weather system to default.

    Thank you so much for creating this mod! Normally when I want to rain, I can only use the AMM menu to call it, but now with this, even if the rain function is turned off on the AMM menu, your MOD will still make it rain again in the city, which is great! I'm going to Night City or Dogtown to get soaked in the rain again!
