It took a little bit to get this working on 1.61 for some reason - I ended up using Vortex to Install from File - it doesn't identify the file as an archive but it will works regardless.
Any one know the console code for the Cthulu so I can add it to my garage? (The decisions I made in the quest didn't end up with me getting it from it's owner)
Also - does anyone here know if Regina will offer you the car after a while if you aren't able to get it from the quest yourself?

I put the file into mod folder nothing changes on the car. it looks like matt but always in the wrong colour. any help?

If you killed him Regina will eventually sell it, otherwise you're SOL.
