Changes the running text of the the police vehicles

What does it do?
This mod modifies the running displays of the NCPD vehicles. ( Emperor, Cortes & Bike )
Also deactivate the blooming of the text.
Compatibility?
Any other mod that changes the displays of a police vehicle will not be compatible with this mod.

It would be wonderful if more talented people than me, took photos while
the mod is active, I would be glad if you could post them here as well :)

Installation?
Simply unpack the archive into your Cyberpunk 2077 installation folder and install the required mods if necessary.
Nova Traffic?
Here are the names of the vehicles for spawning in traffic via Nova Traffic:

Vehicle.v_standard3_chevalier_emperor_policeNote!
This mod can be affected by FrameGen Ghosting. If you see the running text as a blurry mess, it's due to frame generation.
This can be easily fixed with the following mod, which also includes additional fixes: FrameGen Ghosting Fix
