A RadioEXT station with a cute, little circus tent logo!

This radio station is empty, which means you will have to put your own songs into the station's files. In your Cyberpunk 2077 installation's root folder, navigate to (bin>x64>plugins>cyber_engine_tweaks>mods>radioExt>radios>96.5 The Calliope). There you will see a metadata.json file, all by its lonesome. Drop any .mp3 files you wish in there, and they will appear in the radio station when you next boot up the game.
<I went insane, and made this purely so I can have a way to have circus music play in the game's world (and in my V's head). I added full on circus organ songs in my installation of the radio station, one of which I will recommend down below. I also occasionally switch the music from that to stuff like hyperpop, and hardcore. Station's your oyster, though. Have fun with it. ^O^ )
