Just did some research and apparently, the closest to the jaw and neck is the Raider Borg cyberware mod. But the actual mod itself is behind a paywall in Patreon by the same creator (HADESXNEXUS). But I think the Raiden Borg cyberware we have is enough, I still don't know what the back of the head cyberware is. I know its the netwatch cyberware model, except that the one in the picture doesn't have the annoying gray face part and only the other details, You can see it because the hair on the side of the head still shows, the netwatch cyberware mod covers the entire side of the head. The hair mod is still unknown, no idea where its from.
Oh yeah it does look almost similar, but I also found an alternative that might be closer. Just not sure though since the one in Vessnelle doesn't show the side profiles properly, but its best to try out both.
