Regarding Arasaka cyberarms: As of version 1.1 this mod no longer supports Arasaka cyberarms. There are just too many options and too much testing for me to handle. I left them available in the old files for anyone who still wants to use them. But please note that the bracelets will NOT work correctly with version 1.1 of the main file. You can only use them in combination with 1.01 of the main file (also available in the old files). Before you comment about any issues, please make sure that you're not using any Arasaka cyberarms replacers in combination with 1.1 of the main file.
Item codes for newly added toggle items in update 1.1:
@raemaze, any chance we can get access to the face cyberware on the male V's, photo 1 and 2? specifically the 2 horizontal silver bars, with the line going down to the chin?
In event we accidentally use this with "any Arasaka cyberarms replacers", what would happen? Explosive flickering mesh? CTD? Overlapping weird texture? Clipping?
Just asking in case I may run into this situation.
The automatic switching won't work. Usually, when you equip watch + bracelets, the bracelets will adjust position. If you use newest main file + Arasaka arms replacers, then the bracelets will just become invisible when equipping the watch (haven't tested, but quite sure that's what would happen).
I'd recommend to use the old main file + Arasaka arms replacers. Switching for Claire accessories and pearl jewelry won't be supported. But at least it will still work for this mod + Chain jewelry.
If you don't care about the switching, then it won't matter which main file you use. There shouldn't be any other negative effects.
using the arasaka cyberarms so i downloaded the patches, but when i get on a motorbike or use the projectile launch system or mantis arms the rings all float?
I just checked with Arasaka Arms Mantis blades and I cannot reproduce floating rings when on Motorbike or using Mantis blades. Did you use Vortex or Manual install? If Vortex, do you have Redmod conversion mode enabled? (found under settings / V2077 settings)
Also send a screenshot if you can, especially for the bike. I don't understand why it should do that in any scenario tbh.
thanks for replying managed to fix it for the bike and mantis arms, but with the launcher the rings still float above the hand. looks like this (manual install for everything)
Apart from the fact that I won't make any more versions for other modded cyberarms (my newer mods do not even support Arasaka Cyberarms anymore - it's just too many options). But this isn't even something that I could fix anyway. The vanilla Launcher is bugged in this regard (it doesn't recognize AXL arms states, unless you activate it in a state where you have no weapon drawn). I'm not sure if it's an issue with the vanilla game, with ArchiveXL or with dynamic ArchiveXL. But in any of those cases, it wouldn't be something that I can fix on my end. The only reason this isn't an issue with the Arasaka cyberarms mod is that it uses the same rig and position as the base arms for cyberarms (which I accounted for in my replacers). But the mod linked above works same as vanilla launcher, so it also has the same issue as vanilla launcher in this regard.
sorry, i was checking with the old version of the launcher, didn't even notice there was a remade one as well that actually uses the vanilla launcher rig when unholstered. anyway, with the remade version of the launcher, the fact remains: can't fix, because arms states for the launcher are broken. don't use rings on that arm during gameplay. there's nothing i can do, sorry.
Also, I tested all versions of the Arasaka cyberarms replacers with the old versions of the arms, not the remade ones. So there may be other issues as well. However, with the next update of this mod support for Arasaka cyberarms will be discontinued anyway, so there will be no further fixes or changes. Too many options, way too much testing.
i am assuming that they are supposed to be in ur accessories store and not the pearl store i have ur accessories store and i am seeing everything from the chain collection just fine but no watches rings or bracelets from the reyes accessories, its not a big deal i can use CET to get them just kind of curious cause it is more conveinent to just buy them
Yes, they're in the accessory store. I just tested with the most recent store version that is up on Nexus and all the items show up fine. Are you using the most recent version of the store?
yup just downloaded the version u put up in january for the bullet necklaces and dog tags with chain collection and as i said that works fine gonna try deleting and reinstalling for future playthroughs of the game usually that works
