      Tried it with the recent update, doesn't seem to be working unfortunately. :( 
      
      EDIT: Seems like the hair replacer still works, but thats about it. Haven't tried the "no glasses" file, but the complexion replacer does not work.

   Doesn't seem like the complexion works anymore, tried 0000 and #####. any chance for this to be updated?

   Anyone have a tip on getting the complexion to work? I used to put 0000 in front and it would show fine, but that isn't working now. Glasses and hair work fine still for me.

   I love all these mods. Vic always had that rugged charm that seemed to be held back by his unsettling skin complexion and that weird "cut it myself looking through a handheld mirror" boomer haircut. Now his look can match up to his cool personality.
