V's Judgement
Installation:
Drag and drop R6 and Archive folders into your game folder
Or
Use Vortex Mod Manager
Not sure if I will update it as I'm fairly happy with how it turned out but feel free to change any of the tweaks I've made.
I've tried to make it as friendly as possible to change values.
I have added the tweaks to add 3 new and different Iconic effects but I havent written up the effectors for them as I dont know if they are needed. I have commented them out for now. If you want to use them go ahead.

V's Disappointment:
I wanted to make this sorta like after a quick melee you gain 100% Mitigation Chance for a few seconds. Sorta like you have just backhanded the enemy and now they can't even hit you back.
V's Anger:
I wanted this to be more of a rage sorta situation. After taking a large amount of damage quickly you gain 100% Mitigation Chance and 100% increased Quick Melee damage.
V's Revenge
I wanted this to work in a similar way to Anger but instead of Mitigation Chance and Quick Melee I wanted V's Judgement to gain bonus damage and explosive rounds.
